Steps

Wash the fish pieces thoroughly and transfer them to a bowl.

Add in turmeic powder, salt and mix them properly.

Heat a skillet/frying pan and sprinkle oil all over. Gently place the fish pieces and shallow fry them on both sides until golden brown on a low medium heat.

Remove them to a serving plate.

Serve hot garnished with sliced onion, tomato and lemon with a meal or as an appetizer.
