Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBasmati rice soaked overnight
  2. 1 cupUrad dal soaked overnight
  3. to tasteJaggery
  4. as requiredDry fruits
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. as requiredGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Make a batter of 1 cup rice and 1 cup urad dal.

    Add jaggery accordingly.

  3. 3

    Add salt accordingly.

  4. 4

    Add dry fruits. And mix them smooth.

  5. 5

    Put the pan on flame. Heat it.

  6. 6

    Add ghee and add the batter. make sure the batter is put in a way how we use for baking cakes.

    Cook it on slow flame for 15 minutes and then flip it around.

    Prick the pitha with a toothpick to check whether it's cooked or not.

    Serve hot or cold. Depends on you
