Steps

Wash the meat properly and add 2 glass water bring it to boil and remove foam from uper layer

Add all dry masala + onion,Ginger garlic paste and let it cook till the meat is tender

Now bonify by adding half cup of oil and when oil separates add one cup water or according to your choice garnish with green chilli and coriander and serve
