1/2 cupbarley porridge
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1 cupbuttermilk

Soak porridge in 2 cups of water for 15 minutes

Now cook it along with salt in thik bottom pan.

Stir occasionally and cook till porridge become soft
4

Now add buttermilk and cook for another 5 minutes.

Ghat ki rabri is ready. Serve either hot along with milk or cold with buttermilk.
