Grease cake loaf pan. Place baking sheet and dust.

Heat pan. Add hot water, sugar, oil, butter, cocoa powder, coffee, chocolate brown and mix. Once combined. Take off heat and mix the other ingredients. Pour into pan. Level up and mix second batter.

For the red velvet. Heat pan on, fire. Add milk, butter, oil, sugar, and red colour. Mix well. Once sugar dissolves properly. Take off heat, allow to cool a little and add up the rest ingreidents. Pour over the chocolate batter and mix third batter for the sponge cake.

Beat sugar and butter until fluffy. Add raisins and mix. Mix up the dry ingredients together. Add an egg and mix. Add flour and gently fold, add milk and fold. Do this process three times. Dont over mix.

Pour over red velvet mixture and level up.

Bake for 1hr 5 mins. When cake bakes. Allow to stand in the oven for 15 mins. Take out and allow to cool for 2 hours before slicing. The remianing time was for the mixing.
