First, in a deep pan, heat the sesame oil and add the fresh garlic and ginger. Stir briefly, then add the soy sauce, sautéed vegetables, and cooked rice. Stir a little, add the green onions, and give it another stir...

(In the traditional fried rice method, you add the eggs next to the rice in the same pan and stir until slightly cooked, then mix with the rice.) Here, I used another non-stick pan, added a little oil, and made about 3 omelet discs. Now all the ingredients are ready. Take a deep bowl and layer the first omelet, then some rice, then another omelet, and so on until the layers are complete.

The last layer should be the omelet. Flip it onto a serving plate and garnish with green onions, but since I didn't have any, I used a sprinkle of chopped parsley and garnished with an edible flower 🌸
