Chopped bell pepper,cucumber,onion and peeled the tomatoes and chopped.Next blend all together and make smooth paste don't add water,remove in a bowl and add tomato juice which is made of one tomato.

Next add olive oil,vinegar,salt

And add black pepper,and mix well and refrigerate for an hour this cold soup is served chilled, while serving add chopped garlic and garnish with some chopped veggies and coriander leaves and serve this yummy cod soup which is called gazpacho during summer or anytime taste yummy and different.
