Scrape skin little cut the bittergourd into round thin rings discard away the seeds

Boil the karela in sufficient water for 2 to 3 minutes then discard away the water

Heat 3 tbsp oil in kadhai fry the boiled karela pieces till golden brown and crisp the remove the fried karela pieces on plate

In same oil add chopped onions fry till golden brown then add chopped tomatoes fry till soft

Add red chilli turmeric salt mix well cook until oil seperates then add fried karela pieces mix well cover and simmer 2 to 3 minutes

Open mix once add chopped coriander leaves mix well and simmer again for 2 to 3 minutes

Fried karela sabzi ready to serve
