Ingredients

  • বাটামাছ চারটা।
  • সাদা কালো সরষে দুচাচামচ।
  • পোস্ত এক চা চামচ।
  • কাঁচামরিচ সাতটা।
  • নুন ।
  • হলুদ ।
  • কালোজিরে আল্প
  • আলু একটা লম্বা করে কাটা ।
  • সরষের তেল ।
  • প্রণালী

Steps

  1. 1

    প্রথমে বাটামাছ কেটে ধুয়ে নুন হলুদ মাখিয়ে রাখতে হবে ।তারপর কড়াইতে তেল গরম করে মাছগুলো ভেজে তুলে রাখতে হবে ।সরষে পোস্ত কাঁচামরিচ বেটে নিতে হবে ।

    তারপর ঐ তেলে কালোজিরে ফোঁড়ন দিয়ে আলুগুলো দিয়ে দিতে হবে। আলু একটু লাল হলে (সরষে পোস্ত বাটার সঙ্গে একটু হলুদ নুন জল দিয়ে বাটিতে গুলে নিতে হবে)এই মিশ্রণ টা ঢেলে দিতে হবে। একটু সময় হলে অল্প জল দিতে হবে। জলটা একটু ফুটে উঠলে ভাঁজা মাছ ঢেলে দিতে হবে। জল শুকিয়ে গিয়ে গা মাখা গা মাখা ভাব হলে নুন দেখে নামিয়ে নিতে হবে।

    গরম গরম ভাতে পরিবেশন করুন বাটামাছের সরষে পোস্তর ঝাল ।
