Peel the mango & cut it into very thin pieces.Heat a pan add chena,green cadamom,& condensed milk mix it well.

Cook the chena till it's becomes dry.Roll the mango slices stuff the chena mixture& freeze it at least 1/2 an hour.Then serve it.
