Steps
- 1
Sieve all the dry ingredients together and set aside
- 2
In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients and add to the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly
- 3
Pour into a prepared pan and bake on medium heat until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean
- 4
Leave the cake to cool for 5-10 minutes, while you prepare your chocolate sauce (it needs to be a bit warm while topping with chocolate sauce)
- 5
Place the butter in a clean pan and bring it to melt on a burner.
- 6
Add the chocolate and sugar and mix vigorously to avoid burning.
- 7
Add the milk and mix till smooth
- 8
Top the cake with the sauce and allow to cool completely before serving.
