Steps

Soak basmati rice in water and leave for 20 minutes,drain and grind coarsely.

Meanwhile boil milk in a pan for 10 minutes,add rice flour and stir continuously (to avoid lumping) on medium flame.

Add almond powder and cook for 2-3 minutes,add sugar stirring continuously.
- 4
When firni starts thichen add chopped dry fruits and kewra water.
- 5
Take out in serving bowls,serve warm or chilled.
