Ingredients

  1. 1 cupDosa Batter
  2. 2Small tomatoes
  3. 1Carrot
  4. 2Small Onion
  5. 1Capsicum
  6. 1Green chilli
  7. 1 tsppepper powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2 cupgrated cheese
  10. 3 tbspoil
  11. 1 tbspCoriander leaves for garnishing

    Firstly we need to prepare veggies for Uttappam topping. In a bowl take chopped tomatoes.

    Into this add long sliced onions and capsicum.

  3. 3

    Now add grated carrot, chopped green chilli, pepper and salt. Mix everything well. Now the topping is ready.

    Take a dosa pan heat on medium flame. Pour ladle full of batter and make small fluffy dosa.

    Once you see small holes appearing on dosa put some veggie topping on top of it cook on low flame.

    Cover and cook this for about a minute.

    Remove the lid and flip the Uttappam carefully and cook the other side for 2 minutes.

    Once done again flip them carefully. Top with cheese and coriander leaves.

    Once the cheese melts remove from pan garnish and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
