Ingredients

20-Thepla
  • 1 Cupmultigrain flour
  • 1/4 Cupbesan(gram flour)
  • 1/4 Cupcurd
  • 3/4 Cupfenugreek (methi bhaji) finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cupspinach finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cupradish leaves finely chopped
  • 1/4 Cupspring onion leaves finely chopped
  • 1/4 Cupcoriander finely chopped
  • 3Green chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tbspgrated garlic
  • 1 tbspwhite sesame
  • 1 tbspsaunf/fennel
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspasafoetida
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspdhania jeera/cumin coriander powder
  • 1 tbspoil
  • as neededWater
  • as neededOil for thepla to cook
  • For Raita:-
  • 1 Cupsmoothen curd
  • 1/2 Cupgrated Purple Cabbage finely chopped cur
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 tbspraisins
  • 1 tbspgrated Cashews
  • 1 tspred chilli powder

Steps

1-hr.
  1. 1

    Mix all the bhajis, masala, chilli,garlic,salt& oil mix well and add besan,multigrain flour mix and knead a soft dough.

    Make equal rounds and roll and cook all the theplas on kadai applying oil both sides on medium high flame.

    For Raita mix curd,Cabbage, dryfruits, salt & red chilli powder in a bowl.
