Knead the paneer until you get it smooth. Almost 7-8 minutes.

To a Non stick pan, add moist paneer, sugar and vanilla essence. Mix well. Cook until you get thick consistency. Do not over cook. Or else mix will become hard.

Lightly Cool down the mix. Little knead it again and than roll it to balls, flatten slightly.

Now dip the half part of sandesh in melted chocolate and sprinkle some chopped almonds on it. Keep it in the fridge for about half an hour.

Chocolate vanilla sandesh is ready to serve.
