Wash the tomato and cut into picese

Then place the tomato piece into a sauce pan add kokam pulp and green chillies dry red chilli. and cook covered without any water until the skin stars to peel.

Heat oil in a heavy bottom wok add mustard seed and curry leaves let tham crackle.

Add chana daal add asafoetida chopped garlic cloves.

Cook for 1 minutes.

Then add blanched tomatoes.Add salt,chilli flakes and roasted methi seed powder in it.

Mash continuously.

Continue to mash until the chutney is done.Let it cool completely.

Fill in a clean jar after the chutney is cold and store it in the refrigerator. And enjoy 3 months of this Tasty Tomato garlic Chutney.
