Steps

First grind all the masala, now soak the the rice and wash it off.

In a pressure cooker take mustard oil,boil the soybean and chopped all the spices.

Crackle the cumin, clove,cardamom, bayleaf, garlic and ginger,after 5 minutes add chopped onions,potato and soybean, after 5 minutes and the masala paste and fry them till golden add other dry spices too.

Now add rice and fry again for 5 to 6 minutes.

Now add 2 glasses of water and put the lid off for 2 whistle. Open it after pressure out,see the cooked rice.

Serve hot,you can garnish it with coriander leaves.
