Ingredients

  1. 1 literMilk
  2. 1 cupMango puree
  3. 1 cupFalooda sev
  4. 2,3 tspRose sryup
  5. 2 tspBasil seeds
  6. Mango pieces half cup
  7. 2 scoopsMango Icecream
  8. Crushed nuts for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Heat milk and sugar in a pan and cook until sugar is dissolved.
    Simmer the heat and cook for 3-4 minutes.

    Remove the pan from heat and let the milk cool.Refrigerate for a few hours.

    Soak basil seeds in enough water for 30 minutes. Cook faluda sev.

    Drain and keep aside.Take 3-4 tall glasses.Add a tbsp of basil seeds in each glass.Pour 1 tsp of rose syrup.

    Take 2 glasses.
    Add a tbsp of basil seeds in each glass.Pour 1 tsp of rose syrup.Top with 2-3 tbsp falooda sev.Add 2 tbsp of mango puree on top.

    Pour 1/4 cup milk on top.
    Repeat the process once again.Top the glass with mango ice cream and mango pieces.Garnish with cubes and Crushed nuts.
