Leftover Rice Pizza

Take 1 cup of leftover jeera rice. Add 1 cup of multi grain flour to it.

Add 2 tbsp of oil and water as required.

Salt to taste. 1/4 cup yogurt for fermentation.

Make a medium sized pancakes. Cook until turns light brown.

Apply some ketchup. Make a layer of leftover sabji (you can also use vegetables like corn, capsicum, onion, etc.)

Finally top with lots of mozzarella cheese and pizza seasoning (chilli flakes, oregano)

Bake at 220° C for 5 - 7 minutes.

Our leftover rice pizza is ready to serve. Goes well with Coke.
