Ingredients

  • Irish
  • Salt
  • Oil for frying
  • For omelette
  • 3large eggs
  • 1 cubeknorr Seasoning
  • Sliceonion
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel Irish, chopped into chips and deep fry until lil crispy

  2. 2

    Beat eggs in a bowl, add seasoning and slice onion.

  3. 3

    Bring pan to medium heat and add 2 tbspoon oil.

  4. 4

    Pour mixture and leave for 2 mins, flip to other side until done.

  5. 5

    Done😋😋😋
