If you have some left over idli, don't waste it. We can change it into a yummy snack for tea time.
Quick and easy delicious snack prepared with left over #OatsIdlis
Cooking Instructions

Firstly boil the potatoes peel it and grate it and keep aside
- 2
Now grind the idlis in a mixer just give 1-2 rounds keep aside
- 3
Now heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan and saute onion and ginger garlic paste for a 2-3 mins.

Add all the dry spices and cook for a min.

Now add the grated carrot potatoes and churned idlis
- 6
Mix it well cook for 3-4 mins
Off the flame add coriander leaves mix it well and let it cool. - 7
You can add green peas also as per your choice.

Now give shape and deep fry or shallow fry
- 9
Serve hot with your choice chutney or a dip.
