Ingredients

  1. 7/8left over idlis
  2. 2potatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. 1grated carrot
  5. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 2 tspred chilli powder
  7. 2 tspGaram Masala
  8. 2 tspamchur powder
  9. 2 tsppav bhaji masala
  10. as needed coriander leaves
  11. 2 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly boil the potatoes peel it and grate it and keep aside

  2. 2

    Now grind the idlis in a mixer just give 1-2 rounds keep aside

  3. 3

    Now heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan and saute onion and ginger garlic paste for a 2-3 mins.

    Add all the dry spices and cook for a min.

  5. 5

    Now add the grated carrot potatoes and churned idlis

  6. 6

    Mix it well cook for 3-4 mins
    Off the flame add coriander leaves mix it well and let it cool.

  7. 7

    You can add green peas also as per your choice.

  8. 8

    Now give shape and deep fry or shallow fry

  9. 9

    Serve hot with your choice chutney or a dip.
