Heat the kadhai and add grated beetroot, milk,sugar,gulkhand and milkmilk together.

Now keep on stiring it for medium to low....and again low to medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes.....till it becomes thicken in texture...

.Now off the gas and add jaifal elachi powder and all dry fruits in it.Now put this basundi in freeze to cool.

Finally take it out after 2 to 3 hours and enjoy this delicious,mothwatering beetroot basundi is friends😊
