Steps

Take 4 cup of rice and mix 1 cup of urad daal into it. Wash it, Pour water and soak overnight.

Grind the mixture then add salt and onion into it.

Heat up oil in a kadhai. Put the battar very carefully making round shape with the help of big spoon. Let it cook on medium flame for 10-15minutes. Serve it with potato and tomato gravy.
