Tamam ingredients ik jaga kar len ta k dalte hoye asani ho.

Milk boil karen.isme elaichi add karden.thoray badam pistay add kar den.

Phir usme bread crumbs, Sugar, Condensed milk add karden.itna cook karen k milk garha hone lage.phir flame off karden aur milk ko room temperature pr thanda karen.

Then usme cream add kar k achi tarha mix karden. top se garnish kar k over night k liye freeze kar den.

Now hamara kulfa is ready. ab chahen to rooh afza se mazeed garnish karen aur nosh farmayen..
