Ingredients

  1. Moon Dough(below)
  2. Mash
  3. Polony circles
  4. Cheese
  5. Beaten egg
  6. Breadcrumbs
  7. Make moon dough
  8. 1 cupwater
  9. 1 tblsp butter
  10. 1/4 tsp salt
  11. 1 cupflour

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare mash
    Cut polony into small cubes and a few tbsp of chutney of your choice
    Grated cheese

    Boil water, butter and salt, then add flour to make the dough.
    Boil first 3
    Then add flour and make the dough
    Keep covered with cloth

  3. 3

    Roll the dough and cut in rounds
    Put a little mash, polony and grated cheese.
    Close with another round.
    Dip in egg/ samoosa paste and breadcrumbs
    Fry in shallow oil
