Steps

Wash and soaked the dal for 30 minute.

Transfer soaked dal in a pressure cooker add water,salt and grated raw mango.take 3-4 whistles.

Heat oil in a pan add hing and jeera when crackle add chopped onion and saute it.

Now add spices,green chilli and boiled dal cook on low flame for 10 minute.

Add green coriander and garam masala mix well.

Serve with rice or roti
