Delicious Cava Sangria with Matcha
Sangria is a classic Spanish drink that's usually made in the summer. It's a refreshing, fruity beverage that's easy to make at home, with a sweet flavor you can customize to your taste. We've made a Japanese-inspired version: delicious cava sangria with fine matcha tea. For the cava, we used a sparkling wine, and for the matcha, we used sweet matcha powder. Enjoy!

Chill the sparkling wine in the refrigerator for several hours before using.

Slice the peach, pear, and orange. Drizzle with lemon juice and chill in the freezer for 5 minutes.

Place the sweet matcha powder in a bowl.

Dissolve the sweet matcha with about 1/2 cup sparkling wine (100 ml).

In a sangria pitcher, add the matcha mixture, ice cubes, and the remaining sparkling wine. Stir gently with a long spoon.

Add the fruit and mix well.

Prepare glasses with ice cubes.

Pour the cava sangria into the glasses.
