Boil potatoes and set aside,boil chicken breast and set aside.

Cut all vegetables as required.

In a pan or pot,stir fry all d veggies till relatively soft. Then pour d veggies on the potatoes in a clean pot,then add all d seasonings with turmeric being the last.Add the protein nd abt 2 cups of the stock,cover and allow to cook for 5mins. If by chance it's too watery u can add a little corn flour to thicken it. Serve hot with drink of choice. End result.Enjoy.
