2 cupsall purpose flour
1 tablespoonyeast
Halfa cup of sugar
Cupwarm water
1large egg
Pinchsalt

Mix yeast and warm water allow it for 2mins.combine flour,yeast mixture,salt,sugar and egg.stir until a nice paste is formed.

Cover it with clinq film or cover and allow it to rise for 30 mins

Dip fry till brown and serve hot

You can also coat with sugar🤗🤤
