You can fill it with chocolate, you can drizzle it with chocolate, you can also do both. Like me! #chocolatelover

Steps
- 1
Mix all the dry ingredients together
- 2
Add the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly
- 3
Cover with a cling film and set aside to rise for 40 mins to one hour. Note: amount of time depends on how warm the environment is. Once it doubles it's size, it's ready for frying
- 4
Put the vegetable oil in a deep pot, ensuring that the depth of the oil is at least 3"
- 5
When the oil is hot enough (you'll know by puting a ball of dough into the oil, if it rises, the oil is hot enough, if it sinks, it's not hot enough), gradually mould the dough into the oil and fry until golden brown
- 6
For the chocolate filling and drizzle, add the ingredients into a pot on a burner and stir until it melts together. Gently add the milk until you get the desired consistency.
- 7
Note that filling should be thicker than drizzle. If you want to do both, you can remove some of the sauce for filling and add more milk to make a drizzle
- 8
Put the filling chocolate in a piping bag and make a little slit in each puff to be filled, and fill in the chocolate.
- 9
For drizzle, place your puff puff in a plate and drizzle chocolate sauce all over it.
