    Suji ko halka sa bhoon le.Ab isme dahi mila le aur pani dalkar ek smooth ghol bana le.15 min.ke liye dhak kar rakh de.

    Sabhi vegetables ko barik kaat le aur ghol mein mila le and salt add kar de.
