1/2 cupJhurga boiled
2-3Chopped green chilli
1tspChopped coriendr leaf
as per tasteSalt,red chilli powdr
as neededAata dough for paratha
as neededOil for making paratha

Steps

1

Mash jhurga and mix all ingredients except aata and oil
2

Take a small part of dough half falt it with ur roller and add some masal of jhurga pack it
3

Slowly flat it with ur roller in roller board
4

Make parantha in tawa add oil in both the side till gloden brown
