Cut the all veggies and put oil in kadhai,then add mustard,panch foron.Then add the veggies and fry them.Add the paste of poppy mustard seeds ginger chilli paste and mix it gently.Then add milk malai in it.Put water into them and boil it. Then add the mix masala in kadhai and ghee also. Let it cook on low flame until tender, it ready to serve with rice.
