Give your kid a healthy nutritional nutrela stuffing wheat momo.Full of loaded vitamins.Taste good,and healthy.
Steps

Assemble all the ingredients for momo stuffing.

Mix wheat flour,add salt,and water as required for making dough.Mix it properly to a smooth dough and keep aside for 15 minutes cover with lid.

Heat the oil in a pan,and fry the onion,till it's transculant.

Next,add the chopped vegetables mixed with the onion,and saute for sometime till it's turn soft.

Fry the chopped vegetables till it's well cooked. Add blackpepper,soya sauce,vinegar,tomato sauce,and salt,keep on stiring till the vegetables is fried well.

Add the chopped tomato as well,add mayonnaise and saute for a while,mixed it and add little bit of water cover it with a lid and cook for next 10 minutes.

After the stuffing is done,make a small round ball shaped out of a dough in a circular shaped and fill the nutrela stuffing.

And cover the momo from all the edges.and placed in a steamed container momo.make sure the steamer is heated in a medium flame and cooked the momo for 45 to 50 minutes.

After it's steamed,fry the momo in a sufficient heated oil one by one till all the momo is done or you can have the steamed momo without fried as well.

Take out from the container and served it in tiffin box healthy nutritious wheat momo is ready.
