1brinjal cut
1 bunchsaag(any) cleaned and washed
1onion
1/2 tspgarlic paste
As requiredregular masala
to tastesalt
as neededoil

Heat oil add sliced onion fry until golden brown.

Then add garlic paste and saute,then add all masalas and saute until it leaves the pan.

Add saag and brinjal add little water and allow it to cook on low flame until done.

Sprinkle coriander leaves before serving.
