Ingredients

  1. 2Baigan
  2. Tomatoes 2 normal size
  3. 1Onion
  4. 3-4Hari mirch
  5. Tea spoonZeera
  6. Salt as per taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the brinjals and emplace oil on it to burn only peel.

    After burning it Peel it out.

    Now grand tomatoes, onion and green chillies and add salt abd zeera init. After granding put burned brinjal in it and grand for just 30 seconds. Delicious summer handia is ready to eat
