Semolina fries
Steps

In a bowl, add semolina, salt, dry fenugreek leaves, black pepper and 2 tablespoons of oil and mix it until it starts holding shape.

Now add 1/4 cup of water in it and make a soft dough of it.

Now cover it with a lid and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.

Now knead the dough again and if needed then add water as per the requirement.

Now put it into the fridge for another 5-10 minutes then take out and knead it well.

Now roll it with a rolling pin and cut it into the desired shape. Now your fries are ready to get fried.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a wok.

Then put your fries in it and deep fry them until it get nice golden colour.

Take them out on absorbent paper and now your semolina fries are ready.

Serve it with tea or coffee or you can enjoy it either ways.
