I had some cooked rice in the fridge when my son returned home around 4 pm.
Made this tawa pulav by adding some veggies and scrambled egg to the leftover of lunch rice.

Steps
- 1
Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
Add the onion and sauté till lightly browned.
(You can add cumin seeds if using plain rice. Mine were zeera rice so I didn’t add) - 2
Add green peas, carrot, pav bhaji masala, and a little water. Mix and cook for two to three minutes.
- 3
Add all chopped bell peppers and salt
Saute a bit. Don’t overdo. Crunch should remain
Add the rice and mix.
Cook on high heat for a couple of minutes. - 4
Beat an egg in a bowl.
- 5
Take a pan and add little oil. Add beaten egg with a pinch of salt and red chilli powder. Cook as scrambled egg
- 6
Add scrambled egg to your pulav and give a lay stir. Serve hot pulav
- 7
This crunchy pulav was already moist so didn’t need any raita with it.
