    Prepare all ingredients.

    Khubani ko achi tarah wash kar kay seed nikal lay.

    Khubani ko pan ma daal kar paknay kay liye medium flame par rakh daay.

    Phir half cup sugar add kar kay low flame par pakanay kay liye rakh daay takay khubani soft hu jaya or thickness aa jaya.

    Jab khubani thick hu jaya tu vanilla essence bhi add kar daay or flame off kar daay.

    Dosray pan ma milk biol kar lay or sugar add kar kay paka lay.

    Alag se thanda milk ma con flour mix kar kay paktay huwa milk mein add kar kay thick kar lay custard ki tarah.

    Ab dono cheezo ko thanda kar lay.

  9. 9

    Ab serving platter ma ak layer khubani kay mixer ki dosri layer custard ki laga daay. Almond se garnish kary or chill thanda kar kay serve karay.
