This is delicious sweets with natural green colour. You can garnish with silver varakh also.
Steps

Wash peel and deseeds with pointed knife. Boil water add soda and put all pointed guard in a water cover and cook for 3-4min.

Now take out in a plate. let it cool. Meanwhile take 1/2cup water in a pan add sugar and make 1string (taari) chashni. Add all pointed guard in chashni and cook on medium slow flame for 2min. Turn off flame let it cool.

Now take another pan roast khoya 3-4min add sugar powder stir continously.Add crushed nuts cardamom powder and turn off flame.Let it cool.

Now take out pointed guard in a plate fill with khoya mixture and arrange in a plate. Garnish with pistachio. Delicious innovative Parval mithai is ready to serve.
