Ingredients

  1. 4bread slices
  2. 1/2 cupsemolina
  3. 2 tbsmaida all purpose flour
  4. 1/2 cupcurd
  5. 1finely chopped onion
  6. 1finely chopped capcicum
  7. 1finely chopped tomato
  8. 2 tbsfinely chopped coriander
  9. 2 tbsginger and chilli paste
  10. as neededButter
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. as per requirementWater

Cooking Instructions

    Take bread, semolina, maida, curd and water in mixer and grind it well,make a smooth paste out of it.

    Add salt in mixture and add chopped onions, tomatoes, coriander, capcicum and ginger chill paste. Mix all the ingredients well and make thick better, add water as per requirement and adjust the consistency.

    Take a non stick pan spread batter, roast using butter until turns golden brown from both the sides.

    Serve in tiffin with green chutney and tomato sauce.
