Blanch the spinach for 8 -10 minutes.

Dip into cold water then drain it and make puree.

Now heat a pan put 2 spoons oil, cumin, green chilli and ginger - garlic paste saute till raw smell goes away.

Add chopped onion fry till golden than put salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder saute them for 2 minutes.

Now add spinach puree and saute for 5 minutes.

After 5 mins put curd and stir well, another cook for 2 minutes.

Finally add garam masala and switch off the gas. Heat tadka pan put 1 spoon oil, chopped garlic and dry red chilli fry till golden.

Pour over the spinach gravy.
