Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1/2 cup powder sugar
  • 2 tspcardamom powder
  • 1 tsppista essence
  • 2 drops green colour
  • Chopped pista and mishri for topping

Steps

  1. 1

    Take ghee and sugar in a bow

  2. 2

    And mix them

  3. 3

    Add flour, cardamom powder, colour and essence

  4. 4

    Combine all of them finely

  5. 5

    Preheat oven

  6. 6

    Make small balls from whole dough

  7. 7

    Press a little and top with mishri and pista

  8. 8

    Arrange them in baking tray

  9. 9

    Bake for 20 min at 180 degree
