Cook the beef until tender. Once done, remove from heat and let it cool slightly. While shredding the beef, start cooking the sauce ingredients: tomato, garlic, onion, and chiles.

Once the beef is shredded, place it in a skillet without oil and add a little salt for flavor.

When the sauce ingredients are cooked, blend them with a quarter block of cream cheese, a splash of milk, oregano, cumin, and chicken bouillon powder to taste. Blend and taste as you go—the sauce should be a bit thick.

Toast the bread with butter. Have the lettuce chopped and washed, and slice the tomato.

Remove the bread, add avocado, beef, lettuce, and tomato, then close the sandwich. Pour the sauce over the top and enjoy. 🤤
