Ingredients

  • 1small bowl Soya chunks
  • 1/2Onion
  • As requiredCapsicum- red, yellow, green
  • 5-6 clovesGarlic finely chopped
  • 1 tspGinger finely chopped
  • 1 packetChing's Manchuria masala powder-
  • 3 tbspOil
  • 2Green chillies (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak soya chunks in water about 15 mins.Squeeze water and shallow fry and keep it aside.

  2. 2

    In the same kadhai pour little oil add ginger,garlic and add all chopped veggies for about 2 mins.

  3. 3

    Now add shallow fried soya chunks mix well and add Ching's Manchuria masala.
