Ingredients

  1. 1 glassrice
  2. 1 bowlchana daal
  3. 3-4onions
  4. To tasteSalt, red chilli powde
  5. 2 pinchBlack pepper
  6. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  7. 2 tbsoil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak chana daal for 1 hour

  2. 2

    Cut the onions into big pieces

  3. 3

    Wash the rice and soaked for 10 minutes

  4. 4

    Take the pan and heat the oil

  5. 5

    Put zeera and onions

  6. 6

    Now put salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and haldi and cook for 2 minutes

  7. 7

    Now put rice and chana daal and mix it

  8. 8

    Now put double water of rice and cook it for 10 minutes

  9. 9

    Chana daal khichadi is ready
