Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1/4 cupDosa better
  • 4 tbspAloo stuffing
  • 2 tbspGarlic chutney
  • 1Chopped onions
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1/2Chopped capsicum
  • Sambar masala, all spices
  • Chopped coriander
  • 1/4 cupGrated beetroot
  • Oil and butter
  • Seemed seeds, cumin seed

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all prepare masala dosa. And crush it lightly with hand

  2. 2

    Take fryingpan add oil and butter. Add seems seeds, jeera, let it crackle. Add chopped onions and after1_2 minutes add tomato after add capsicum and grated beetroot. After few minutes add garlic chutney, all spices and mix.

  3. 3

    As it is in gravy consistency add 3-4 table spoons of sambar and crush dosa. Mix it by using two spoons. Let it mix properly by stick on bottom as it tastes good.

    Finally, after 2- 3 minutes switch off the flame and garnish with finely chopped coriander.
