Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 2 cupcream
  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 1/4 cupsugar
  4. 2 tbsgelatin
  5. 1/2 cupwater
  6. 1 cupfresh strawberry
  7. 1 cupstrawberry and pomegranate for sauce
  8. 3 tbssugar
  9. 1 cupStrawberry and pomegranate crush

Cooking Instructions

    Chopped the strawberry.

    Take strawberry and pomegranate crush it add sugar cook till thick like sauce.

    Take nonstick pan add cream sugar and milk. Take 3 to 4 boil,now off the flame, take it in a bowl.

    Take a bowl desolve the geletin with the help of water.now mix this in cream mixture. Now add half cup of strawberry crush mix it properly.

    Now take a mould put chopped strawberry pore geletin and cream batter on it.

    Now keep this mould in fridge for some time to set.

    Now crush strawberry and pomegranate make juice cook it in pan with sugar till thick like sauce.

    For platting... Take a plate unmould the panna cota..take another plate put strawberry suace on it than put panna cota than some sauce on it. Garnish with some strawberry and pudina leaves..

    Panna cota is ready to serve
