Wash fish and add salt..wait to dry

Heat oil then deep fry the fish until golden brown

In a pan,fry onions,add garlic..look until brown

Add tomatoes cook until they are soft then add hoho for 3 minutes.

Add water,put fish and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Serve with ugali.
