Wash vegetables and cut it, and take a cooker, add cleaned vegetables and tuvar daal. Add salt.. 2 table spoon.. As you like...and 1 teaspoon turmeric. Close the cooker and wait for 2 whistle. After whistle, add tamarind water and boil it and small asaftada powder (Heeng). Take a frying pan and put oil on it and add cumin seed, curry leaves, red chilli,..after the sound of cumin seeds put 3 teaspoon chilli powder and 3 teaspoon coriander powder, switch off the gas and put it into the vessel,add
